Introduction & Discovery
The discovery meeting focuses on your goals, financial profile & plans. It is also an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you may have about our business, the process & more.
Recommendations & Facilitation
Using the information obtained in our discovery we start the leg work. Once we develop appropriate solutions we will organise these in a manner that is tailored for you & present them. This will include loan structures, product rates, terms & features as well as any important information you need to be aware of.
Once a solution is decided upon we will get the application underway, keeping you updated and asking for your input for documents along the way. We’ll keep you informed at every stage and answer any questions you may have.
After Settlement
We’re here through every stage & we mean it! After settlement, we’ll be in touch to make sure everything is going as expected, your first repayments are on track & you’re “settling” in. Not only will we be around for these exciting times, we’re there as your needs & circumstances change throughout the life of the loan. We want to ensure your loan remains appropriate & competitive for you at all times.
